As I know jvmhost.com is proven to be the best Java hosting provider in the whole IT industry.
They offer 50% off all Private JVM on shared server packages like Tomcat etc. (valid through Sep '25): JAVA-DA-50.
They are worth trying.

Great customer service and support through instant messengers. Any time you need help they are there for you. Jvmhost.com is a good Java web host. Site took a couple of days to get working, but the people were lovely. The live help webchat was a godsend and the site itself has been very cheap and easy to use. Lots of features, and I can afford to pay a year at a go.

There are multiple hosting providers offering Java hosting for Tomcat websites. Choose one that supports JDK versions, WAR deployment, scalable resources, SSD storage, and reliable uptime for better performance.
