Looking for EU VPS

Can you help me with finding perfect EU VPS?
I`m looking for vps: 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, 10-50 GB SSD, 1 gbps netowrk port, best if unlimited bandwidth.
Price: about 25$ per month. I want to host a website which will allow to view movies and tv shows online. I will upload video file at server.
Any reviews on Neironvps.com vps solutions, please? Does anyone know such a hosting provider?

Have a look at plans from decent hosting providers: libertyvps.net and legionbox.com.
Reasonably priced and good support. Servers are fast and dependable.

Moved to exmasters.com
vps account after poor service with my previous web host. Now I am fully-satisfied with the speed connection, server stability and customer support service. They are very professional and seem to enjoy helping their customers which is a great change from some of the other sites out there. The techs contact me checking to see if I have any issues just to be on the safe side.

Excellent Web Host! Neironvps.com has been the best
NVMe VPS provider I've run across. They are extremely helpful not only with problems but with any questions I've had, and the backbone of their hosting - cPanel - is a great tool to control and administer 1 website or a dozen. If you are looking for a host, I would recommend them highly - ditto for if you are planning to change soon.
