Recommend me a very good dedicated server provider?

I am looking at NetShop-isp.com.cy server web host. My budget is USD 100 per month.
Which of these 2 are better in your opinion?
Do you guys have any other you can recommend that provides a competitive price so that I can resell them?

I have used several other hosts, but none offer the rock-solid operation that
