Looking for Reliable VPS for New Forum Project

Hi everyone, I’m planning to launch a small community forum (likely MyBB or XenForo) and I’m a bit new to server management. I expect low traffic initially but want room to grow. Ideally looking for 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, and at least 80GB SSD storage with decent bandwidth (3–5TB). My monthly budget is around $15–$20. I’d prefer a location in Germany or the Netherlands for better EU latency. Can I rely on Centoserver.com VPS? Any beginner-friendly providers would be appreciated.

I guess VPS accounts from legionbox.com are the best to sign up with.
After years of experience with different hosting providers, I have finally discovered my bestie. Not only is their service flawless and fast, but their hardware and hosting are second to none! 100 stars!

Have a look at VPS deals from a solid hosting provider - hostingsource.com (VPS First Month discounts starting at $3- Coupon Code: $3VPSM1ALL).
I am very happy with the results obtained so far, wonderfully, also, that I am really delighted with the support teams that were always attentive to solve any type of requirement in a matter of minutes.
