Which account (hostsailor.com or planethoster.com) is better to sign up with?
I plan to host a blog.

Can add GTHost.com
server hosting is very easy to use and the customer support is fantastic. They are quick and very friendly.
Pricing is a bit higher than some of the cheaper sites, but i'd definitely consider it well priced for what your getting. Features are cool.

Accounts from surfhosting.co and planethoster.com are the best to sign up with.

Have a look at plans from decent hosting companies: hostingsource.com and legionbox.com.
I can confidently say that it's worth investing every single penny.

I vote for hostsailor.com.
